The staff was super sweet and stylish, which made the whole shopping experience so nice. I didn’t find the lamp I first wanted, but I ended up with another one that’s beautiful and gives such a warm vibe. Big thanks to the lovely staff!

Super lovely staff, and really helpful coming up with innovative and interesting ideas on how different products can work in different areas of the home.
I visited the store recently to purchase some lamps for our new apartment and got to chatting with the store team about other future dining options once we're more settled. It was a great experience to be shown some of the additional imagery available online for tables we could order in that weren't in store. I hadn't found image links so easily previously online, but Natalie was forthcoming in walking us through it and showing us links for us to browse once home. I spent nearly $300 and was blatantly ignored the entire time. I was the only customer in the store, and not one staff member acknowledged me—not a hello, not a single word. The silence was loud. It was rude, dismissive, and honestly unacceptable for a brand charging premium prices. I love the products, but after being treated like I was invisible, there’s no way I’ll be back
