I usually do not post negative reviews and I wasn't going to back in May when I originally cancelled with Hawx, but this company has taken advantage of myself as well as several of my neighbors with their services and trying to get as much money out of us as they can, so I feel that I need to warn others. I'll give it to them that their sales team knows what they're doing and are very smooth with persuading customers into signing up for their services. Technician was excellent, explained what he was going asked if I needed details and did very professional work.
Everything sprayed efficiently.
We've had Hawx for about a year. We've repeatedly asked them not to go into the backyard without notifying us. We have a dog door to the yard and a small dog that will live up to the name "ankle biter." Despite our requests, Hawx has repeatedly gone into the yard without notifying us. It happened just this morning while I was in the pool. This shows a pretty gross lack of concern for both our pets as well as their employees. What if our dog escapes or worse yet, bites a technician because we don't know they are in the yard? ... read more
