I think Dustin did a great job. His communication was outstanding! He was not able to get in the backyard because I had the gate locked. He reached out to me to let me know he already scheduled a follow up appointment for me so someone else can come out at a later date to finish the job.
Luke was very respectful and personable.
For about six months I was getting monthly treatments at my home. Each time, the technicians seemed to manage to avoid my bee hive just fine. I monitor the conditions in the hive carefully, so I know they were managing not to hurt them. This past week they killed the hive. The entire colony, dead overnight. On top of having invested a lot of time and money into them and liking them quite a lot, I was studying the colony as part of a long term research project for graduate school.
