I have just learned the DoN, Administrator, Financial Mgr , various nurses and CNA have left. They will not answer the phone only the reception and then your transferred to a phone that just rings no matter which department. Food is always cold. I am working today to find another home for mom as I know she is just laying there waiting to die. I live very far away and trying to get response from them is terrible.
Food always served cold and horrible. My mother was released with no turnover whatsoever social services loaded up the car and left. No meds update, no exercise update, no wheel chair which was promised. No follow up calls, not recommended at all.
I work for this place and this place is horrible. It needs to be shutdown. Being a PTA here you see elders coming in just to die. We over charge and under care. This place needs to be investigated.
