I had the worst experience possible. Left multiple messages with her answering service and she never returned the calls, she never filed the proper documents, her secretary only responded to 3 out of 8 emails with Mrs. Hawthorne's intentions that after a month still weren't accomplished and it took a month for her to visit my incarcerated son. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!
