Visited my mother for a bit recently, initial appearance of the park is tidy. Majority of the lots and trailers are well taken care of. The pool area offers a resort style feeling with an outdoor fire pit, bbq area, with plenty of tables/ chairs/ umbrellas to use. Even though I'm not 55+ residents were very welcoming
Lovely community.
Haven't lived in a house in this beautiful area, but I find they feel like vacation villas.
Great park, well maintained, nice swimming pool.
