We expanded in 2004 and have a double store in the MedLake Center, one side of our store is the art gallery, the other side, our frame shop. We have the latest in framing technology. This family run business is first class and does high quality, professional framing. Nick does outstanding work and has done beautiful framing and shadow boxes for us that are unique and personally designed. He has a huge variety of frames and mats to choose from and also has some very nice framed art and photos for sale in the gallery. I highly recommend Hawthorne Gallery!
I am so impressed by the fabulous job that the Hawthorne Gallery did in framing an embroidery piece done by my mother. They patiently and skillfully helped select the best framing and matting color scheme to best showcase the piece and preserve something of deep sentimental value. I highly recommend them!
Found this place on Google after a mishap with an antique framed sampler that wound up with broken glass. The man was pleasant to deal with and had it fixed for me in less than 24 hours. Although I didn't look totally around the shop, the offering of frames was extensive and the pieces they had on display were professionally done with attention to detail. Hard to find this type of shop and expertise these days!
They were very helpful in guiding us in our selections for the items that needed to be framed.
