The whole staff has always gone out of their way to help me anytime I needed . Felt like they care for my particular problems or concerns
Terrible business....have always done my own taxes...failed to file last year...decided I needed someone to do them since I had two returns to do. Took them to Hawthorne Financial ..they had them for a month...after a month they told me it'd be 395.00. I was a little surprised at the sum but not opposed to letting them file. The receptionist called and left me a message telling me the sum and that I probably didn't want to spend that much so I could pick up my documents. How would she think that.
