Absolutely the worst tax experience I've ever had. If you want your taxes done right the first time or done without added stress I wouldn't recommend going here. They charge way too much for not being able to fill the paperwork out correctly on the first, second, or third time. Yes it took multiple attempts of them filling out my taxes and having me resign multiple papers to get it right. They had to resend multiple parts of my taxes and it took months. Beware! Hawthorne Financial Delta does not encompass “we will give you confidence in finances” that Hawthorne spews out on the internet. After 6 months working with this office I am more confused then when I started with them. I went to them with an LLC for help starting up with employees. Jenelle refused to answer accounting questions and sent me to a tax attorney. But I didn’t need a tax attorney because I needed an accountant. We've used Hawthorne's tax services for two years. I have a sole proprietorship servicing five residential and two commercial rentals. They are fast and professional. They offered an alternative the first year that the previous CPA forgot or missed. I am very pleased with their service.
