My grandma has stayed for 2 weeks with out problems. They clean the hallways daily including the hand rails. Her room has been kept clean along with the bathroom in the room. All rooms have their own A/C and heat. Food is kinda cold but not everyday. CNA’S and nursing vary friendly and good at there jobs. Pt/Ot was amazing from not walking to walking in 13 days it’s been a pleasure coming into visit her as well. Easy to get in and good visitation. I am so grateful for the care my mom has received at Hawthorne. She has been here for over a year, and the staff have truly gone above and beyond to meet her needs. At home, I wasn’t able to provide the high level of care she requires since she cannot walk or feed herself, but at Hawthorne she is cared for with compassion and professionalism. Concerned about the present health condition of my brother in law. We’re 6 weeks into this first time event. Visiting tonight we feel patient has regressed, infection has returned right hand /arm inflamed and swollen. Patient was in periods of In coherence and apparently May have a UTI ! This is serious business, what is happening, where if fluids and antibiotics? Patient should be moved to hospital for treatment! Sorry you’re not handling this efficiently

I don't eat at the rehabilitation , the nurses & staff there they seem to be very friendly very knowledgeable ❤️
