We are located in the heart of Cochrane, AB, and offer modern amenities and living options for all residents. We are dedicated to promoting maximum independence, choice, and dignity for each resident. The involvement of family, neighbours and friends is greatly encouraged. Our beautiful four-storey community opened in the summer of 2019. Residency at Hawthorne is for Memory Care and Supportive Living seniors and residency is based on referrals and assessments by Alberta Health Services.

It's very clean and people here are very nice 👌
My mom lives here and receives good care and support from the staff. We are blessed to have this safe place for mom.
My Dad lives there. His room is adequately large for his needs. He gets good food there...according to my sister. And he seems relatively happy there. As happy as a person with dementia can be. The have activities to keep their clients entertained and engaged. And the staff seem friendly.
