My mom lived here and received good care and support. We were blessed to have this safe place for mom. The staff who worked with her were exceptionally compassionate and caring. We appreciate them a lot! If we had any recommendation it would be to improve the quality of the food in order to add to the quality of life for the residents.
Hawthorne it is a red flag when you only reply to positive reviews and ignore people’s concerns. It is especially unprofessional to say people are welcome when they say good things; but ignore people’s issues & you don’t take responsibility & address them. It would be even worse to dismiss them as untrue & respond defensively; rather than admit you can do better.
