Probably my favourite retail experience of the year. Charles and Ben gave impeccable service. Arrived at 3pm on a Saturday needing a black tie suit for that night. Fitted me up, had the pants altered and the jacket pressed. A perfect suit by 4.30pm. They also sell very reasonably priced high quality suits. Could not recommend higher.
Charles is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service skill is second to none. Good old-fashioned customer service that is rare these days. One look and he knows my son jacket and trousers size!! We were in need of a suit to hire for Monday during the week of many schools having formals. Charles sold us a beautiful suit that were on sales (all the while cracking us up with his hilarious comments) and within 24 hours my son has a new suit complete with alterations. Good service! The rental formal suits make any man look good!
I rented a formal suit for my son's Yr12. Charles was excellent, patient and spent time fitting my son properly with a beautiful suit. Another staff member, Ben, was also very helpful. I highly recommend this store, and would definitely come back. Thankyou!
I purchased a formal suit a few months back. Good quality for the price. They offer adjustments if required and very high quality garments. The service was beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend this store.
