Charles is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service skill is second to none. Good old-fashioned customer service that is rare these days. One look and he knows my son jacket and trousers size!! We were in need of a suit to hire for Monday during the week of many schools having formals. I rented a formal suit for my son's Yr12. Charles was excellent, patient and spent time fitting my son properly with a beautiful suit. Another staff member, Ben, was also very helpful. I highly recommend this store, and would definitely come back. Thankyou!
I purchased a formal suit a few months back. Good quality for the price. They offer adjustments if required and very high quality garments. The service was beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend this store.
