Hi I would like to thank Hawthorn House for all the care and support you gave to my mother in law Margaret Dunnett. She was very well cared for during her time there. I would also like to thank Lilly Anne and the rest of the staff for everything they did for both Margaret and the family during her last few days it was very much appreciated

My mum went into Hawthorn House 2 days before lockdown and Covid. We hadn’t seen what things were like, however couldn’t have got a better place for mum. She was in the Daisy Unit. Staff were lovely. The family got FaceTime with their gran, greatgran and myself with my mum. Precious moments to keep forever. Sadly my mum passed away March this year. The home were so supportive and understanding. On the day of my mum’s funeral the hearses passed by the home. Staff were out to clap and wave ‘to mum’. Thanks to everyone.

Huge well done to the staff that organised the charity fund raising on behave of Mary and her wish for the funds to go to Breast Cancer. What a lovely bunch of people with such kindness and care towards the residents and visitors. My wallet is a lot lighter, thanks Mary 🤣 . Debbie ( Flora’s Niece)

My Aunt was in Snowdrop unit. I can't rate then highly enough. They cared for her and for us. She was there during the difficult covid times. Staff kept us informed. They treated her with care and humour.
