I opened a personal checking account with this bank in August and have had ongoing issues ever since. For the first six months, I was not allowed to make ATM deposits or mobile deposits. After multiple complaints (at least five calls and several branch visits), I was finally told they “needed to see more account activity” before allowing deposits — which makes absolutely no sense considering I couldn’t deposit money to create activity in the first place.
