Hawthorn in Clinton has gone way down. No customer service. I usually do the drive thru and no one ever acknowledges when you pull up. Always different people and I go almost daily. And for only one location all lanes should be open no exception. They should have been fixed before reopening after the remodel. Training is definitely needed.
We have had so much trouble with hawthorn bank. From deposits, to holds, to loans, to tellers not knowing what is going on... We moved and have had to drive out of our way to close the account twice now and it is still pending closure. We will be so happy when we are done with this bank.
Inconvenient location. Closed the only one available for people without cars and the handicaped.
