Don't come here if you're going to cash a big check even if it was issued by them. They denied cashing my check but wrote a cashier's check which wouldn't be cleared the same day I needed my money so that was done on purpose. I was discriminated against in this branch, and stared at the entire time by employees. You all need to teach your employees to be more considerate of their customer's feelings and keep your racial comments to yourself.
Peyton and another staff member were incredibly patient, informative and helpful during the card shutdown today. My transaction was processed and my card was reactivated very quickly.
The customer service in person, on line is beyond exceptional. The staff, specifically Amber has been such an asset in management of a rather complex on going situation. I’d give them more stars if they were available!
