I’ve always had a great experience with Hawthorn Bank! Especially working with Teresa and Carol at the south branch
DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ME. MANY HAVE OPPERTUNITY CHECKING. WONT OPEN ONE FOR ME. OTHERS W WORSE PROBLEMS. ONLY 1 KIND EMPLOYEE, A YOUNG MAN INSIDE. DEFINITELY DONT BOTHER.SHADY PRACTICES AS WELL. COMPANY CHARGES FRIENDS ACCT. AND THEY CHARGED $8 TO REVERSE UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT.THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS. BAD REVIEW
I hate hawthorn. They have a limit on my withdraw and my spending a day. I don’t have a bad banking history. I can’t even pull out rent bc it’s”too much”. This is dumb. I’m with Jefferson also and have no issues at all. We will be moving banks. This is not the first issue I have had with this bank. Sick of them! I’ve had 2 other banks and hawthorn has been HANDS DOWN THE WORST.
