Needs better customer service and actually read an application and listen to what is being said. For years had awesome experience and always recommended them, not sure what happened but seems very unorganized anymore
I have been going to this bank for 8-10 years. I went through the drive through to cash a check. On VERY RARE occasions, the back teller asks for a form of ID. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and forgot my drivers license at home but had my State of MO id - which was not good enough! It has my photo and name. I have been going to this bank location for awhile and have a checking account. In the end, I was refused service because I didn't have a drivers license or passport.
