They are always kind, friendly, smiling and amazing service. They always know my name and I couldn’t ask for anyone nicer, I literally drive out of my way to go here. Belton and Lee’s Summit branches are rude, slow, and hardly ever even smile anytime you go in.
This bank is trash they send you a new card and then send the wrong pin number for it and don't care.... freaking worthless and I will be closing my accounts there tomorrow!!!!
