I wouldnt recommend anyone to bank here. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service and 0 communication.

Do not bank with Hawthorn. They'll up and close your account without any notice. No phone call, no email, etc. One day before my direct deposit was about to be deposited in the account, they deleted it for "suspicious activity." I even secure messaged them and told them what happened but they cancelled my account. I just called the bank and they're keeping it cancelled. Stay away.
