Norma Desrochers has been helping my family for decades but when a family member suddenly passed away, she helped me keep organized and figure out every step I needed to take with ease. Most interactions in this scenario would be a nightmare but I always knew Norma would be there and have the answers I needed. I don’t even live in Branson anymore but will always stay with Branson Bank in any way I can as long as she’s there.
