I started working out here a few months ago and its a great place it has great equiment nice staff and a welcoming enviroment. If this is near your house and you are looking for a place to excerise i would definetly recommend this place!
Nice outdoor pool. Clean and not too busy
The quality of classes varies a lot depending on the instructor, but May, Debby and Tracey are absolutely the best yoga teachers here. All the staff are friendly, except for one young Indian staff member. I also really like that they recently upgraded to new exercise equipment—it makes the experience even better!
Great pool, staff are friendly, hydro pool is adhered with lessons which is a bit of a pain but overall good for rehab
