If your agency doesn't have Hawksoft, pick up the phone, go online, RUN and purchase this produce. Hawksoft is hands down the best agency management system I've had the honor of using since the insurance industry transferred from hand written or typed documents to computers! The support staff is stellar. They answer the phone! They are here in the U.S.A. They are knowledgeable, not just reading a script. A little over a month in and they still don’t not have a good answer or solution for the lack of their system’s inability to produce an accounting report to show end of day transactions.
Can’t say I recommend this system at all. Very cumbersome and hard to navigate.
