I’m a freight broker on Loadlink, and my experience with Hawks Transportation has been extremely disappointing. They lost our freight, and we have now been trying to get answers for over a week with no proper response or resolution. When a carrier is responsible for a shipment, communication and accountability are essential, especially when freight goes missing. Unfortunately, we have received neither. One of the worst experiences because of the dispatcher Sehar. Very unprofessional behaviour, poor communication, rude attitude, and no proper coordination with drivers. Instead of helping employees, unnecessary stress and confusion are created. Management seriously needs to improve the dispatch system and professionalism.
