One of the worst experiences because of the dispatcher Sehar. Very unprofessional behaviour, poor communication, rude attitude, and no proper coordination with drivers. Instead of helping employees, unnecessary stress and confusion are created. Management seriously needs to improve the dispatch system and professionalism.
Company is very partial with the drivers when it comes to give load, specially Seher. She only gives load on time to her favourite ones and she take grudges against rest of them.
Dispatch is not good, sehar don’t know how to plan trips
Sehar needs to be thrown out frm company. She honestly doesn’t know how to equally divide loads. Jus give loads to her favourites one. Salwinder is really gd
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY,LIES ONLY LIES. SO UNRELIABLE.....DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS...DONT DEAL WITH THEM, FRIENDLY ADVICE. AND NOW THEY ARE UPSET CAUSE THE TRUTH HURTS..CALLING ME NAMES CAUSE THEY GIVE HORRIBLE SERVICE...JUST PROOVES YOU HOW THEY ARE.
