Multiple pleasant experiences on auction pick up. Have not used the service on the seller side so I can't speak to that, but everyone has been courteous and descriptions are always accurate.
As you have seen with other recent reviews, Nathan and this company is abusive, vindictive and extremely unprofessional. I have been personally impacted by the owner of this company and their staff as a result of them reporting me on an auction website that without even hearing my side of the story no longer allows me to bid on hundreds of other resellers auctions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TOTAL RIP OFF - Nathan of Hawk Helpers is the most abusive bully and unprofessional person I have ever experienced. Auction and house clearing scheduled to start Monday July 1st. He changed the agreed upon dates of service to Sunday June 30th and was verbally abusive and berating when I was trying to work with them. Won several online auction from Hawks Helpers on Auction ninja. Paid for product in one transaction and was asked to pay for shipping separately (just under 38 dollars). Shipment was originally lost by UPS and Nathan reached out to UPS to get it moving. When it arrived nothing was salvageable. It looked like it had been trampled. Nathan opened a claim with UPS and after a few weeks I received a refund MINUS the shipping fee I paid.
