Nobody answers phone, or messages. The one time someone did pick up, it was a transfer to someone that wasn't there and again dis not reply to multiple messages. The place is abandoned. Waste of time.

Bryce and his maintenance team are by far some of the best CTR has had the pleasure of working for. As a vendor, we are in constant communication with companies, and Hawkins has always tentatively, and effectively communicated their needs. These guys are knowledgeable and trust worthy individuals! 10/10

Shunning what you don’t understand. Bullying and Threats. I’ve spent more time in/in front of this building than you ever will. I’ve seen many businesses come and go. In 2019, I had already been there for two years when You took over the place. Skaters get to tear the building up and down because you won’t hire security for day. Someone who has always respected and taken care of the building gets threatened with a noise complaint if I don’t stop playing in front of the building where I’m legally allowed to be.
