In response to Tosha Cubbit review: This client brought me her tax documents to file her tax return. I completed her taxes and was ready to file them once I received payment. She returned to the office after her tax return was ready and asked for her documents back. I explained to her that I had prepared her taxes to file and once she paid me for my services I would return all her documents. She did not pay for the service that was rendered therefore she did not receive her tax documents.
This place is a joke. They like to illegally keep someone tax documents which is a federal/state offense. Won't file your taxes unless you ay upfront. And refuse to give you your tax documents back
