We agreed on a rate and did the whole setup. After that they ghost you and never replay back. After 2 hours we got them on the phone and they said we can't get the load for no apparent reason. Try to dodge them at all cost. They will just waste your time. AVOID!
Lost my rides with this company bc theor drivers were on their phones and they got pissed off at me and instead of holding theor drivers accountable for what they did, i lost being able to ride with this company. I did nothing wrong. Their drivers were on their phones talking on theor phones whole driving. Not a company I would ever suggest working with or riding with again.
Not a good experience (miguelito) He will give a load and complete disappear after sending the rate con...reciver damage the trailer..call miguel several times...no answer back from him...they nailed or used a bolt to secure the load..Driver was never notified....Shipper is Johnson City TN
Broker/ lie to me they sell you a load with hot tub commodity and the shipper damage the trailer...they dont care about the food grade trailer. Miguelito Munoz doesn't know about traffic/Life/fuel prices... He will send you the rate confirmation and he will Disappear (Miguelito Probably was working for TQL before)...
I had a great experience working for Hawkeye Transport. Company is One of the best ones out here honestly. Great team ,employees and friends. Will always recommend good drivers to apply here. Doug is a great person and as an owner of the company he understands his drivers in any inconvenience or family circumstances. Overall Great Company To Work For😎🫡🚛🚚🚛
