I purchased online what I thought was a women's sized item. Was not. As others have stated the customer service is lacking. And now I find out I have to pay shipping to return! Shop somewhere else people. NO STARS if I could!
I have to pay for shipping when purchasing the item and when it isn't as described, I then have pay to ship it back to them for a return. And on top the shipping isn't refunded during the return. Will shop elsewhere.
