I think this company's products are some of the best available. They are not only superior in performance but they also use all natural ingredients so it doesn't poison everything it touches.
Tried out the dry canvas waterproof rub-on bar and it works great. Application was easy and relatively quick, although I had to use a bit more wax than I initially expected. I used up about 10% of the bar on a hat and will definitely be doing my work jacket as well.
I have not tried the beeswax based waterproofer, but Hawk Tools makes a fantastic Fabric Weatherproofing bar that keeps my motorcycle jacket dry. It blocks torrential downpours on the highway like nothing I have ever experienced. Regular DWR coatings are great at beading water, but not blocking it out… Their website has handy articles about testing waterproof fabric, check them out before you make a purchase.
