Over priced ridiculously long wait times 5 weeks to wait for break callipers has a strange phobia of e bikes to? Very strange would rather go to London road cycles who don’t beat around the bush
Couldn't wish for a better company all the staff have been extremely helpful today with lots of guidance and knowledge on picking the right bike for my son. Ill be back soon to buy one for myself great choice in the shop
Had a buckled rear wheel . Took it to Hawkes Ycles .Couldn't help enough. To get the bike up and running again. Checked on jig ,skillfully adjusted . Even showed you the results to satisfy any curious person .All sorted. Great services ,comes with my high recommendation. Thank you Simon . From a Satisfied customer .
Staff are helpful and polite, came in with a road bike cassette issue, Simon fixed it within a minute and gave me advice on what to do next, would recommend
