After having my knee replacement in April, I chose HAWC for my physical therapy from many in the Jamestown area. I am so happy I did! I can't write enough positive things about this business. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional, but I am biased towards the PT and assistant PT that worked with me, Adam and Ashley. They had faith in me when I lost faith in myself for recovery. I’ve had a great experience rehabbing after rotator cuff surgery (full tear etc.). I can’t recommend highly enough! Very thorough and careful rehab over many months, huge improvement in ROM and strength.
HAWC is an outstanding physical therapy facility! The staff is wonderful - professional, caring, and knowledgeable.... An amazing aspect of Hawc is the therapy pool, with wonderful heated water and a treadmill right in the water! A referral from your PCP is required in order to get appointments with HAWC... Great clean state of the art facility, wonderful caring therapist and aides. My fiance and I both have gone to them. He lost the ability to walk to do spinal infection and the pool therapy has really helped his muscles strengthen. They are also changing it up so he does therapy outside the pool to work different muscles. They helped me with back and neck pain issues from bulging and herniated discs. They are truly the best!
I started my lower back rehab journey at HAWC Physical Therapy and a few months later couldn't be happier. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Jackson. Not only did she get my back where it needed to be she motivated me to get back in the gym and back in shape. Everything combined provided not only physical relief but improved my mental health as well.
