Why cant I make a deposit at this brand spanking new ATM? Not efficient. Now I have to drive to the next nearest HawaiiUSA location which is in Pearl city.
I’m not sure when or why it became a problem for someone else to deposit a check. I wasn’t asking for any information in return, just to simply deposit the check.
They make mistakes frequently, not following the standard banking policy. Their employees don’t know how to say” thank you” and do not appreciate the business.
