Great customer service, helping my family open an account. The mobile app is easy to use and appreciate them being open on Saturday.
They fixed their issues.
The Kihei office is only letting people inside by appointment only because they say they are short of staff. Yet, all the times I have been by to use the ATM, I see 3 staff members just sitting around talking. Two behind their counter (and not taking care of anyone) and another leaning on the counter, all three just chatting away. If I can't just walk in during the times the CU has posted as their hours of operation, I don't want to keep my money with them. Pay your staff better and you might get more employees HawaiiUSA.
