The Kihei office is only letting people inside by appointment only because they say they are short of staff. Yet, all the times I have been by to use the ATM, I see 3 staff members just sitting around talking. Two behind their counter (and not taking care of anyone) and another leaning on the counter, all three just chatting away. If I can't just walk in during the times the CU has posted as their hours of operation, I don't want to keep my money with them. Pay your staff better and you might get more employees HawaiiUSA.
