I've been at this bank for about 20 some years. Everytime I try to cash a check. They give me hard time to cash the check. I mean really, I can see if I cashed a bad check before then look int😡
Waiting 1 month 4 new debit card seems ridiculous 2 me. In branch assistance is great, tho
Line is long and you have to wait in the sun so you might want to bring a umbrella. I think the Credit union should have the line continue through bank or at Least offer some water for those waiting in the sun
I absolutely love this branch. Ang is so nice. I’m so blessed to have continuously worked with her through my divorce and other life changes that came up. The staff at this location is all friendly. The ATM also accepts deposits of cash and checks. Cash is available immediately and checks become available biased on HawaiiUSA hold policy. The only feedback I have is to wish we had higher ATM withdrawal limit. It’s currently $500 would like to see it raised to $1200.
