Horrible customer service I went there from northshore dealing with being evacuated worried about what situation home is. There was ballon decor. My kids broke one. It was connected on a string with two others one very deflated and another loose one. We had been be en there for over 1ins then this woman comes to son all upset you can’t touch it give to me. Great Team, Efficient Service. CSR and Loans Jeremy B has been consistent with his exceptional service since Kapiolani branch. He has helped my husband and i manage our finances finding a plan that would work for our family.. Ja, Joshua and the rest of the front csr are great in working as a team , meeting the needs of each guest, Taking the time to explain, come to a Client's level so that they understand.

I've been at this bank for about 20 some years. Everytime I try to cash a check. They give me hard time to cash the check. I mean really, I can see if I cashed a bad check before then look int😡
