I had the pleasure of working with Kai today as I made a withdrawal from my savings and checking and I had to keep the balances to a minimum and she explained thoroughly what needed to be done and I got my monies so five stars to Kai. she’s a very valuable employee and I hope she is recognized.

I went to the pearl city branch to open an account checking and savings the teller seemed to be chatting with someone on her screen laughing and not being polite I gave her my license she just kept on her screen not answering me then she asked another teller if she could open a.
