Your commercial “Charge It” is a very irresponsible message to the younger community. There are many who will take your commercial seriously and charge it until their credits has expired the limit and then they fall into deep debt. Please change your reach to the community. Perhaps save and don’t spend if you don’t have. That would be a wonderful response instead of having your customers go into debt with your “Charge It” campaign.
Mark from Hawaii USA phone banking system not polite at all. Not able to help me with what I needed help with and unable to accommodate what I needed done. Really thinking about closing this account and changing to a different bank. The customer service in Hilo is way better then calling on the phone and speaking to someone from Honolulu unfortunately.
Hard to get in contact with someone, trans actions is slow, waste of time, don’t recommend this bank to anyone
