I've stood with Abby a good 15 or so minutes asking about credit card replacement fee and she kept scrolling through my account and whatever she was doing , Leaving with no answer. Don't seem to be a reputable employee of Hawai'i USA fcu .

Always friendly tellers and helpful staff I've gotten legal documents notarized & as a member, it's free. I've made cashier checks, and as a member, 1 per day is free. There are financial advisors available to guide you through IRA accounts, etc. Safety deposit boxes are also available. I love banking here and often do business weekly.
