Service is slow over there every one doing their own thing while customers are just waiting in line. If they are busy at least greet customers & say we will be with you shortly. Their main focus should be helping customers so that everything runs smoothly & efficiently. There should hardly be a line if they put customers first.
All the tellers at the kunia branch are so awesome, they make my trip so fast and easy. And always so helpful.
Been a member for 30+ years ALWAYS friendly & courtesy & most efficient in my financial needs! Highly recommend this FCU!
