This bank and all its other branches have the best customer service skills ever! They have an atm that’s real different compared to the other banks but once they show you how to use it, it’s great!!!
I have been doing business with HSFCU for several years now. But I happily cancelled my all my accounts today. The happiest day of my life. They are by far the hardest financial institution to work with. They keep changing the rules in the middle of the game. Save yourself an extreme amount of frustration and go to another financial institution. Unknowingly you’ll be extremely happy you did. Do not use HSFCU for any of your banking needs.
Needed cash while visiting Maui and looked up credit union atm on Google Maps. This one is located within the Safeway, but unlike all other credit unions, is members only. Lady working there stopped me and suggested I use the other ATM inside Saefway which charged me $4.25! I searched for a credit union for a reason, because they do not charge my credit union debit card.
Always issues at this “satellite” branch. Customer service needs to improve.
