This Rental Service is an absolute joke! Kauai is a great experience but don't ruin it by getting a rental car from this place. Mike and Vi are very dishonest and will completely rip you off. Our $1000 deposit was never returned upon bringing the car back and they also charged us for damage to the car that we did not cause and were cleared of. Stay far away from this crooked team of scammers.

The guy on the phone just quoted me a minivan for $500 per day. I made sure that I heard him correctly by having him repeat that exact phrase 3 times. What a joke.
