if your appointment is important and you cant miss it, take an uber or call a cab. i had a ride scheduled 3 weeks prior to an appointment i waited 2 months for. the apt was @ 2pm. i called them at 12:40pm asking when they would be here, they said they would arrive @1:45, obviously thats too late since its a 30+ minute drive with traffic. the picture is a conformation text from this morning showing pickup time today is 1:45. anyways its the management that is the problem. he will overbook over your ride if a different opportu... read more
