Joy was excellent to work with! I am a travel nurse currently working on Oahu. I had a difficult time finding a location to get my ink fingerprints taken. Once I called Joy, she was able to fit me in the same day! She is very knowledgeable, helped me complete the written portions of my documents, she is skilled at her job, and explained everything to me in detail on how to proceed. I highly recommend Joy, she relieved a lot of stress for me.
