The loan process is rather challenging in Hawaii. We had dealt with 2 other lenders that were not creative or tenacious until we found Joe aka G.I. Joe who took our loan application and closed in 20 days!!! Amazing help, service and results driven lender. He not only helped us close he also got a family member through the extensive USDA loan process. We highly recommend him.
