Saw this place on instagram and checked it out when I was in Kailua! Beautiful store, nice employees, and gorgeous mid century modern pieces, the art prints were absolutely amazing! definitely recommend checking out!

I cannot recommend Hawaii Modern enough. John is a pleasure to work with, and he's passionate and incredibly knowledgable about all things mid-century modern. I LOVE the sofa set I bought from him ~ which he saved from oblivion and restored to beyond perfection. If you love mid century furniture, he will help you find the pieces of your dreams!

I inherited a 1977 Herman Miller Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman from my father that was broken and in need of serious restoration. Working with John made this process incredibly easy. Before starting any work, he walked me through all of his recommended repairs and all the steps he would take to restore the chair (including accurate estimates on costs).
