No matter what you do they some how screw up. We physically stapled all of the paperwork needed and place it in a sealed envelope. But they sent us a letter stating that they didn't receive our papers? What? How? We physically hand placed it in their drop box. So that means on their end. A worker opened the envelope, pulled out our paperwork and misplaced it. A physical form of copy. And mind you this is the 2nd time. They have shown heart over the years, despite the states unofficial policy of outright contempt and hatred of the poor and disabled . Getting a hold of on phone can be frustrating but 80 percent of the time leave a message they will call next day. You must get your paperwork in on time they will shut you off on a spin of a dime.
