The folks at the Kapaau branch are great, but the Credit union's "technology" is very last century. Why isn't there a way to call the local branch? I had to endure a call center fiasco that ended with me not getting an answer to my question ( a simple question - please verify my routing and account number).

They did the same to me as with the multiple overdraft overdraft charges that I was not aware of which ruined my credit! I know I was responsible for 1 but there was 9 small here and there charges... I only did 1! When my statement came in i called them up (just had broken my leg so I couldn't go in) and they wouldn't help me what so ever... So I was not going to pay them something I was not responsible for.... Bank is sneaky! Watch out! Nothing you can do unless maybe you hire a lawyer!
