Meet with new account Manager. Think his name was Isaiah Bautista. Good braddah! Very patient and knowledgeable.
Nice people work there, but the systems make things harder than they need to be. You cant do very much over the phone, you need to go into the bank to take care of things. Also, they dont show the amount due on the website for a loan payment. I was unknowingly carrying a balance of 12 cents for months and got locked out of my account for it. And I just wasted almost a half hour being transferred from one dept to another only to find out they cant help me, that I need to go into the bank. If the first person I talked to knew ... read more
