Did the presentation of the floor plan is excellent the inventory is beautiful. Deborah Alexander was more than professional she makes sure that we were comfortable in our purchase, she didn't rush us, she didn't pressure us or followed us she let allow us to make herself at home and I appreciate that if I had to give her a scale from 1 to 10 it would be a 10 plus. My salesperson, George was very knowledgeable. He told me about every piece of furniture that I sat on. He was on the floor, under the couches and behind the furniture. He was very thorough. He checked the computer for colors, configurations and prices of many sofas. I would recommend Havertys to my friends, for certain.
Ms. Debra is an awesome customer sales representative. She totally exceeded my expectations during my sofa purchase last week. The service she provided was top tier;first class. I stopped by this store because I'm not really happy with my present sofa and other pieces of furniture. I was immediately met by a friendly, kind and interesting lady by the name of Barbara who helped me navigate the large store! I was impressed by the quality and beauty of the pieces even though the lady explained that the store is waiting for the interior designers to arrive and put the showroom together.
