Great buying experience
We worked with Chris and Patty to help pick out pieces to update our condo. They could not have been nicer and more professional . We went in several times and Patty even came to our home to help us. Their 3 D program is so helpful and state of the art. We had no idea where to start and what we wanted that would meet our needs. We would highly recommend both of them. We feel we really had friends weekly with us that cared.
I went in the Shalimar Fl location to purchase a mattress with my granddaughter. We walked the entire store. We were not greeted or approached for assistance. One sales assistant was with another customer. A gentleman was sitting at a desk. Very poor service, we left. August 7th. Potential sale lost. KM
I was looking for some throw pillows my Mom bought a few months back. Stephanie was very helpful again in locating the pillows and sending me a link to pay so I didn’t have to come in. Great customer service as before!
