What I liked most was the natural interaction the salesperson and manager had with me. Kayshawn listened carefully to what wall art I was looking for and took the time to show me around the showroom to find what I was searching for. The manager went the extra mile to carefully wrap my wall art and not ‘hand it over’ to someone else when Kayshawn became busy. She truly understands teamwork and “unreasonable hospitality,” something that is important with customer interactions!
I bought a beautiful dual powered Embrace recliner 2 years ago for my husband’s 80th birthday. This past week, my side stopped working. After calling Havertys, they said they could do nothing to help as the warranty was done. I was willing to pay for service just to get it fixed…they said they couldn’t help me! I asked if they had numbers for repair service or number for the Embrace factory…they said sorry, we can’t help you. Shame on you Havertys for not supporting your product. I will never shop in this store again.
