Excellent service, knowledgeable staff who listen to you and seek to help with total professionalism. My wife and I bought our new living room and bedroom furniture for our new home and we will definitely be back in the future.
Visited the Charleston store today on a mission to buy a loveseat/sofa for our loft. We were greeted by Sandy Miller and had an amazing experience with her. We exchanged pleasant conversation and gave her an idea of what we were looking for. She pointed us in the direction of a few to try. We immediately loved one of them and the price was right. We wrapped up the sale and were on our way. It was quick and easy and we look forward to our delivery. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit. We lucked out!!
Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient
Purchased a full bedroom set - nightstands, dresser, mirror and chest of drawers. Sadly, they don’t stand by their quality or resolve issues with empathy. We noticed the finish coming off in spots in 6 months time and were simply hoping for assistance with correcting an obvious defect in the finish - not a replacement as we love the style. I was told that “we used harsh and abrasive cleaning chemicals” and it was not covered under warranty. That’s simply not the case but they refused any further assistance.
