Customer service in the store is fantastic and the salespeople are wonderful, helpful and great to deal with (Richie and Tommy in particular), however, if you happen to have an issue after your furniture is delivered, good luck with getting the issue rectified. I purchased a sectional that started squeaking after 30 days and had over 3 service calls to get it fixed, only for service repair staff to tell me that the issue is “normal”.
