From the moment we entered the store, it was a perfect experience. We described our needs to Kirt Hotchkiss and he listened and then immediately lead us to the options available. He was knowledgeable and professional as he lead us through the informing and demonstrating process. When determining which options to purchase, he was professional and insightful at every step. We will deal with him, personally, for any and all furniture needs. Excellent experience!
Do not buy a Guardsman warranty. Deploys tricky methods and tactics to discourage people from filing a claim. I went to file a claim using my last name and phone number and used my phone # and acct number but system keeps saying account not found. Had to call up customer support and when the agent sent me the same link with my same info, it magically works. Deceiving tactics and Haverty is in on it. Getting fat off this warranty that they know is difficult/near impossible to claim. And did I mention call center is from India... read more
