We had a wonderful experience at Haverty’s. Holly was so friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient as we made our decision on a new mattress. We highly recommend her!
Our salesperson was Dawn. She took as much time as was needed to find what we were looking for. She asked questions and showed us things that no other salesperson has ever done. Highly recommend Havertys. But, especially Dawn. Wonderful experience.
Lee Simoneaux was a phenomenal sales associate. He knew the products and knew how to guide me in making the best selection for meeting my needs. He was very caring and attentive. Couldn't have had a better experience.
We loved our experience at Haverty's! Mr. Lee was friendly and knowledgeable. No hard sales pitch here. He was patient and listened to our wants and needs. He showed us several styles all within our parameters. We bought a beautiful sofa and can't wait until it's delivered. We definitely recommend and will be back!
I would never recommend purchasing anything from the Baton Rouge, LA location. The initial experience was good up to the actual delivery, where it became one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received. * The salesperson did a good job upfront assisting with the sale but set poor expectations on the delivery. We were under the impression the delivery team would assist with removing the old furniture and would even assist with moving one of the old pieces to an upstairs room.
