ALWAYS great Experience working with Dawn and Haverty’s
It is always wonderful to see Ms. Margie at the Baton Rouge, LA store! She is so very friendly and professional. She has helped us with multiple furniture purchases in the past. Today, she assisted me with selecting some beautiful accent accessories for our home.
We regret so much buying our furnitures from this place. Considering we spent closed to 15k the quality of the products was very poor! In store customer service was pleasant but when we actually received our furnitures, it was in very poor conditions. They tried to replace it over 3 times but kept getting defected items. They're final solution was $200 credit towards my inconvenience! Make sure to double and triple check your products!
We had a wonderful experience at Haverty’s. Holly was so friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient as we made our decision on a new mattress. We highly recommend her!
Our salesperson was Dawn. She took as much time as was needed to find what we were looking for. She asked questions and showed us things that no other salesperson has ever done. Highly recommend Havertys. But, especially Dawn. Wonderful experience.
